As a Natural Health Educator, Wellness Coach, Psychotherapist-licensed clinical social worker in private practice, Dr. Rozakis is committed in helping individuals achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She is a Doctor of Natural Health, a Certified Diplomat in Psychotherapy Association, and Board Certified in Integrative Medicine. Membership in the National Association of Social Workers for over 24 years and holds a certification with the Academy of Certified Social Workers; American Psychotherapy Association and American Association of Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Rozakis has many years of experience in hospital settings. For more than six years, she has facilitated a weekly Family Support Group.
She has developed and directed both inpatient and outpatient treatment programs. Her deep commitment to serving humanity has compelled her to volunteer her time and expertise working as a lay therapist for abused and neglected children. Dr. Rozakis has served on the Education Committee with the Alzheimer's Association. She has vast experience with the Life Cycle Model. Board member of Heaven's Door Cancer Foundation (cancer survivor). Dr. Rozakis is a contributing writer for GEV Magazine writing about living a healthy and beautiful life inside and out. Caroline’s specialty is working with patients and their loved ones at end of life creating mindfulness and meaning and helping families through the very sensitive and often difficult journey of transition. Caroline also brings a long history of working with Holocaust survivors and their families embracing each day and providing education, support, and counsel in the areas of PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.

Veronica is an experienced Practice Consultant.
Driven by excellent work ethics, she takes pride in providing the best consulting to medical practices possible. As a Practice Consultant her goals include team building, excellent patient care, and reaching best practice ranks. In addition to her primary job functions, Veronica has been recognized as Contra Costa Hispanic Business Woman of the Year for her extraordinary commitment to excellence.
Veronica’s passion for developing staff and management skills can be traced back to UCSF/Stanford where she spent significant time working on HR certification and business development. As a Practice Consultant, she specializes in Human Resources, development of staff, and life coaching.
In addition to managing, she runs a staffing agency where she provides staffing for medical practices/hospitals; her nursing background enhances her knowledge and awareness of staffing needs in small to large office settings. Outside of the office Veronica enjoys party planning, interior decorating, and spending time with her family and three Siberian Huskies.
Christina Balboni, MSW, ACSW, LCSW
Christina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with vast experience in case management specializing in working with all populations experiencing life-changing events, trauma, depression and anxiety, self-esteem issues and self-image, relationship issues/concerns, as well as grief.
She is a native to the San Ramon Valley and has worked in healthcare for many years. Her approach to treatment includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and practical managements and collaboration. One of her main beliefs is in mindfulness; meeting the clients on their terms and where they are at in the moment.
Kiran C. Easwarachandran, MSS, R-DMT, LCSW
Kiran has practiced as an Inteative Movement Psychotherapist for over 17 years and believes that true holistic healing shines through when we work with the whole self: the body, the mind, and the spirit. As a somatic psychotherapist and dance therapist she brings in an eclectic mix of psychodynamic theories, strengths-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, dance/movement therapy, expressive arts, eco-therapy, and mindfulness work to her practice.
Kiran has worked in private and agency practice for many years with a specialized focus in women’s health, trauma issues, mood disorders, and expressive arts group process work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. She also has an extensive background in education, diversity training, clinical supervision, and created Bollywood Dance Fusion™, her own trademark body/mind-centered therapeutic movement practice. With it she has worked with various populations, including people challenged by heart disease, substance abuse, imprisonment, and spinal cord injuries.
Aside from her private practice, through which she offers individual, couples, and group therapy, Kiran also teaches dance in the community, and works as an ADL Education Specialist in school systems all over the East Bay offering workshops on bias, bullying, and social justice.

Payal Mehta, LPCC
Payal Mehta is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience in the field of counseling and psychology for over 15 years. Her specialization is in working with teens, young adults, parents, and individuals with issues such as anxiety, parental concerns, work stressors, grief, academics, relationship stressors, self-esteem, and other day-to-day challenges.
Her experiences having lived in many different countries has given her a deep respect and understanding for all religions, and she also specializes in working with multi-ethnic individuals. Her approach to treatment is practical, collaborative, and solution-focused, and she utilizes a wide variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral, play therapy, and mindfulness. Debra Harder, MSW, LCSW 25655
Debra brings her professional practice of over 25 years experience working in diverse populations in multiple health care settings. She has a strong experiential background in mental health, substance abuse, disaster response, and trauma services. She has worked with children, families, teens, and adults in a variety of environments, including in home settings, mental health clinics, an emergency department of a major trauma hospital, inpatient psychiatric units, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, plus private practice. She has volunteered with The American Red Cross and served in disaster areas. Her key strengths are grounded in a foundation of clinical excellence and the value of utilizing clinical skills in helping others become stronger and healthier, and further a mission of quality and excellence in patient care.
Debra utilizes a faith-based (Christian) integrative theoretical approach, honoring the whole person in environment that respects the individual needs and strengths of the client while appreciating best practice and evidence-based principles. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and brings extensive experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy models, along with Mindfulness practices, Strengths Perspective, and Play Therapy.
Aside from private practice, Debra has developed a project titled “The Sunshine Girl Project.” She has written a book titled The Sunshine Girl: A Mother’s Love Story to her Daughter and completed a spoken word beat poet CD titled “The Sunshine Girl Project: Journey of a Dream.” The project was developed to not only honor her daughter Janet, who passed away from Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2011, but to encourage others who struggle with questions of faith, and life difficulties. She believes maintaining a sense of hope, faith, and respect for ourselves and others keeps us grounded in the face of adversity.
Jennifer Marsh, MSW, LCSW 69608
Jennifer has been practicing clinical social work for almost twenty years. Her experience includes working with children, adults, seniors, and families. Jennifer’s current clinical focus is the senior population, specifically with regard to depression, anxiety, transitional trauma, and grief and loss support. She utilizes an integrative theoretical approach to treating her clients, meaning that she uses a mixture of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, internal family systems, trauma informed, and insight-oriented techniques. Her approach to clients’ needs has evolved with the latest research and evidence-based treatments and she continues to educate herself to provide the most up-to-date strategies to assist her clients in achieving their goals. Jennifer’s style is warm and interactive. She believes every person has strengths to build on and she strives to provide ongoing feedback, psychoeducation, and activities to keep the momentum going between sessions. In her years as a LCSW, Jennifer has learned that anxiety, trauma, and depression can be completely immobilizing without help. Relationship difficulties, death, loss, trauma, divorce, and other big life changes can often leave people feeling lost and helpless. Emotional wounds need to heal in order to gain inner peace and function optimally in the environment. Lauren Tortolero, MSc - Intern
Lauren is a recent Master’s graduate in Clinical Psychology. Lauren studied psychology for 5 years at the American University of Paris, the University of Cape Town, and the University of London, Royal Holloway. Clinical and abnormal psychology, along with psychotherapy, specifically interest Lauren. She completed her bachelor’s thesis on social media and its relation to narcissism, and her master’s dissertation on autism spectrum disorders and face learning strategies. Lauren hopes to pursue a doctorate in the near future. Lauren is a Bay Area native who spent the past 6 years abroad, studying and exploring. Aside from psychology and mental health, Lauren enjoys travelling, learning new languages, reading, and cooking.
Caitlin Douglas, Reiki Master and Energy Healer
My name is Caitlin Douglas, and I am a Reiki Master and Healing Arts practitioner. The goal in a session with me is to shift stagnant energies and assist in the download of information from universal guidance, helping you return into the flow of love. My heartfelt passion is to cultivate an environment where clients can remove blocks, discover inner truth, and by using intuition align to their personal higher purpose so that they can live a richly fulfilling life.

Laura L. Benn, RN, CCRN, CCM
Laura is the President and Founder of Guided HealthCARE. She is a Registered Nurse Nationally Board Certified in Critical Care and Case Management. Laura earned her degree in Nursing at St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing and Millersville University in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She brings an additional 17 years of business experience in the marketing, advertising, and entertainment industries, and over 20 years of Neuro-Trauma, Coronary Care, and Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Nursing to Guided HealthCARE. Laura transitioned her work from the Critical Care setting to the community to support patients, families, and the medical team as they navigate the healthcare system.
Laura and the team at Guided HealthCARE work closely with the Insight for Wellness team to coordinate care and provide the best treatment outcomes.
Mary Ann Konarzewski, CMT, CMLDT
Mary Ann has been a professional massage therapist for over twelve years. She is state certified and a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. In addition to her private practice at HeartSong, she was employed for twelve years as a massage therapist at the Lafayette Park Hotel and Spa. She has also worked as an activity director/therapist and in social service at various skilled nursing facilities, including St. Paul’s Towers, Salem Lutheran, and the Reutlinger Community. Currently, she is part of the wellness program at Moraga Post-Acute Care, Atria Valley View, and Byron Park, where she has also taught classes in acupressure for pain management.
Most important and central to her work are love and presence. She believes that only through love and presence can healing at the deepest level be facilitated. With a nurturing heart she creates a space of comfort and care where well-being, peace, and wholeness can be restored. In addition to relieving sore, stiff muscles, her intention is always to facilitate a feeling of connection so that each person feels seen, heard, and cared for. Her hope is to bring more peace, joy, and brightness into each life she touches.
