We empower therapists by offering the flexibility to create their own hours, choose their preferred age groups, and specialize in areas they are passionate about. Our comprehensive onboarding process includes one-on-one guidance, where our administrative team provides insights into operations and workflow. We equip therapists with the essentials for independent practice, including electronic software, billing services, and marketing support. Office space is provided for those living in the East Bay Area.
Each therapist is carefully matched with patients or clients within their expertise and scope of practice. At Insight Wellness Center, we have a dedicated coordinator for initial intakes, as well as a billing specialist who completes pre-authorization, handles credentialing and billing matters. We are currently scheduling interviews for LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, and LPCC professionals interested in part-time or full-time caseloads or looking to supplement their existing practice census.
