Attending a support group is proven to help ease the overwhelming feelings of grief by connecting us with others through our shared experience while providing us with new and expansive perspectives. Come build your community in grief through Insight Wellness Center's grief support group alongside grief counselor Kaitlyn Pack. This support group will deepen your understanding of grief while helping you gain new insights into your own experience of grief in a safe and non judgmental healing space. Grief is a deeply complex human experience that impacts each of us uniquely which can often encourage a sense of aloneness. Let this grief support group be your lighthouse while you brave your way through grief, you are not alone.
