Anxiety Support Group
Do you
find yourself feeling fearful, uncertain, or worried so much that
it impacts your daily habits? This support group will help shift
disruptive thought patterns and provide new tools and resources for
working with your nervous system. Anxiety is one of the most
prevalent emotional disturbances people face in today's society.
Despite high rates of diagnosis, very few people dealing with
anxiety have the support network they need and deserve. Sharing
stories and receiving feedback is a powerful experience that can
help deepen self awareness and self compassion. Anxiety rules our
thoughts which then become behaviors, and behaviors build our
reality. Don't let worry rule your life, let us connect you
with a community of individuals who understand the challenges that
anxiety brings.

Teen Anxiety Support Group
For ages 13-19
What is this group?
● This support group is for teens who are experiencing anxiety in
any form and would like support from their peers and a mental
health professional. With the help of their peers and the mental
health counselor, they will learn more about their anxiety, how to
reduce it, how to find healthier ways of coping, and find support
from their peers to know they are not alone.
Who is it for?
● Teens ages 13-18 who are experiencing any form of anxiety
(academic anxiety, social anxiety, body image issues, difficulties
with transitions, etc.)
● Girls and boys
Why is it important to attend?
● It is important to learn more and find support as soon as
possible if you are struggling with anxiety. Especially for teens,
since it is a period of their lives where many things are changing,
it is essential for them to find support and learn how to cope with
their anxieties in a healthy way. In the group setting, it also
gives them a chance to meet others who may be struggling with
something similar so as to understand that they are not alone and
they can build connections with each other in the group setting.
The earlier we learn about ourselves the better our mental health
will be in the years to come!
