Successfully navigating relationships can be especially hard, however, when we are struggling with the health of our individual emotional, physical, or spiritual well being. The support of a group could drastically improve your relationships by providing guidance and feedback through your relationship roadblocks. Each of us have unique emotional landscapes that drive our styles of communication and connection. Come learn how to empower yourself to have the types of communication, healthy relationships, and connection you've always desired while participating with an open hearted community of individuals who also wish to improve their lives and relationships.
